So happy with this and that I was not put off by a few negative reviews. Yes it’s weighty, but it is a big key ring, so it’s going to be! Absolutely ideal for an elderly lady who loves a bit of bling and is always hunting in bottom of her bag for her keys! Thank you so much Amazon for getting it to me so swiftly in time to give it to her for Christmas. And loved the cheaper postage option of local pick up at post office.

Product delivered on time but two pieces of crystal missing so I had to return it unfortunately. Will reorder next week as Mum liked it and still wants it, but preferably not missing any gems/crystals.

This is actually bigger than I thought and it's quite heavy. It is very beautiful and I love it. I haven't actually used it yet as it's so big, I have to decide what to attach it too. I love it!!

lovely item but 2 of the diamonds are missing which completely spoils it. It was packaged in a huge plastic envelope, completely unnecessary for the size of the item - very disappointing.

It came with lots of the stones missing from it.Really bad quality.Very disappointing.
