JessEm02030 Ten Piece Insert Ring Kit with Caddy

I have the original Wood Tek router lift from Wood Workers Supply. After they went out of business, the lift is now made by Saw Stop. The inserts for the router lift are available from Saw Stop, 3 for $99. The Jessups inserts are a perfect fit in this router lift and you get 10 inserts for $52. A no brainer. Bought a used JessEm router lift that only came with one insert ring. I was glad I found such a complete collection of plates and the caddy is just icing on the cake. All the rings are excellent quality and fit the router lift perfectly.

great having the different sizes but pins on the tool to remove them, is to loose and makes it a pain to remove the inserts. Have some older disc and the tool fits snug in the holes and is easy to remove the insert because the insert sticks to the tool.

They fit my Sawstop router lift but are not as robust as the Sawstop ones.

This set offers a great range of hole sizes to accommodate every bit I have. They stay securely in place. The one area I feel should be improved is the way they interface with the "wrench" for installing/removing them. The wrench works fine to tighten or loosen the insert, however, it does not grip onto the loosen insert enabling removing it. For that I need to raised the router to push the insert out of the opening once I have loosened it. I had previous experience with a Woodpecker system and their wrench gripped the insert allowing it to be easily removed from the base. Otherwise, very happy with these.

This router lift is very accurate, easy to adjust from above the table, has a locking feature so no router drift, and is about the best value in the industry. Very smooth and awesome quality!!!

I purchased this a couple of days after purchasing a Jessem master lift. Unfortunately the lift arrived damaged, one of the rods was sticking through the box, and I had to send it back. So then I purchased Kreg lift. I read a review that said it fit on Kreg lifts, so I kept it for that one. After getting the Kreg lift I tried the insert rings and they don't fit. Kreg lifts use three locking tabs and these inserts have 4. So I don't now how that person got these to work on a Kreg lift.Since it won't fit they are being returned.They are well made and nice and flat and I'm sure the work just fine on a Jessem lift.

great product that adjusts router opening in seconds.My only gripe....the settings are non metric and the wrench holes dont quite fit the wrench that was supplied with the metric product. required some adjustments.

I am attempting to organize my shop, this cleans up a tool I use often. Having my disks in one place allows my work to get faster.
