There are NO test strips in this kit, making it unusable until you make another purchase. I needed it for a trip and believed I would have a complete kit, not so. I have since written to request strips, but NO response.I now see that this is a common complaint. Be warned.

I like the product so far, but I did not receive the 20 test strips that were part of the kit. Luckly, I ordered an extra box.

I ordered the product with the understanding that it contained 20 test strips along with the meter. It says specifically on the product description that it contains 20 test strips. The product does not come with any test strips at all leaving the meter useless unless you spend the money upfront to buy the test strips. This is definitely a case of false advertising as many others have stated on this product.

The Blood glucometer works fine but the 20 test strips in the description were not included and at 25-35 cents a piece add up to about a third of the cost of the kit--a third not included.

Didn't get test straps that were suppose to be included. That's why I bought this product because everything was suppose to be included and 20 test straps were not included. And bwing a diabetic and needing this and not getting what I ordered sucks.

I've been using the One Touch Ultra but the strips are too expensive so I decided to try this brand since strips are affordable. This is a great meter - it's accurate and I love that it syncs with the Contour app on my Samsung. I received all 55 strips that are included and I'm comfortable knowing strips can be ordered at half the price of the One Touch Ultra. The meter gives you the option to monitor meal times and your readings automatically pair to the app where you can add notes, keep track of carb grams, and see your readings listed and in a color coded graph. You can choose your own results range to display; yellow for high readings, green for normal and red for too low, and you can choose your meal time hours. This comes in handy when looking at your graphs to instantly see your patterns color coded. This is an outstanding value and a great product that is easy to use.

Test strips are in the picture and description. None were included. I'm returning everything. Very unhappy, fortunately I still have my kit, though I hoped I was replacing it for a new one.
