I've recently started in the sourdough train. This set included everything needed to attemp to make the perfect loaf. The bowls are a good size for proofing and I really appreciate the parchment paper that was included.The little blade holder that's included comes with a cover which is important because the blade is sharp!I'd buy this as aset again for those in my life who want to start baking their own bread.

This is a good quality kit for sourdough making. It has everything basic that you need.Cleaning is easy. The bannetons have a bad smell at first. Just let them air out for a few days. 4 stars because of the bad smell.

This Sourdough kit has everything that you need to make a great loaf of bread. I am not the best at making sourdough bread yet, but with practice I hope to get a lot better. This kit will help me do just that, because it has everything needed for it! This is a great kit to start a new hobby, or would be great for gifting to a new or seasoned bread maker. Great value kit for the price!

I love this kit! I opened it all just the other day. The Bannetons have great liners and seem to be of very good quality. The dough whisk is solid and allowed me to stir/mix both of my batches of bread with ease. It comes with parchment paper, a scoring knife with extra blades and a cover, and a dough scraper. I am so happy to have found this set! I would recommend to anyone who is getting into baking and needing supplies!

This is a great, basic starter kit for anyone wanting to make their own bread. I greatly appreciate that the lame comes with a leather cover because reaching for a lame and catching the wrong end is a sure way to put one off of making homemade bread. Additionally, the pre-cut parchment sheets are also beneficial. No worries over tearing the right size off the roll, just grab and go.The inclusion of a sheet identifying all of the pieces in this set is greatly appreciated.Most of the materials in this set are upgradeable once the user becomes more proficient with the process. I think this is a great place to start without breaking the bank.
