Something to Say about My Communication Device

I think my expectations were a little higher than what I got. I was disappointed with the price I paid and how the book is; It's a good basic social story but lacks something. My son thought it was cool to see someone with an AAC device as well. We literally read this book 1 time and he has had no interest in it since.

I bought this book to read to my nonverbal autistic son and it's an adorable book about "talkers" (AAC devices).

i am an SLP and i use this book when i do classroom lessons to teach gen ed students about their peer who uses an AAC device.I am also going to start giving this book as a gift to my students who use AAC devices!

We need more books like this! I am a Speech Pathologist who works with students with AAC devices in an inclusion setting. This book is exactly what I was looking for to introduce the world of AAC device to the rest of the students in the classroom. Thank you!

This was read to my son's preschool class several times after I purchased it. It has easily became one of his favorite books.

Bought this for my daughter - she loves this book. She’s older but loves that she can read and share this with her cousins and family. Says thank you every time she reads it.

I have been looking for something like this for years. I am a speech therapist who works with children who communicate using communication devices and this is a must have in my library.
