Works how it’s supposed too!
I like this lung trainer you really don’t need the most expensive one to train your lung. This works well and if the mouth part ever slips off after washing it it’s very easy to put back on and it doesn’t come off easy in the first place. Hope this helps

It's meh
Feel like this has some potential but the lowest setting with the least amount of restriction needs to have even less to really ease yourself in to something like this. It's not easy to do and because of that I've only used it a handful of times... With little desire to keep on using it. I might give it another go but I also don't have anything else to compare to.

its alright but was expecting more, maybe that was me. but the instructions are in such a small print you need a magnifier to read the instructions.
