FORLIFEBola Glass Teapot with Basket Infuser, 25oz./750ml., Red

This has quickly become my go-to teapot. First there is the thin, light, tough borosilicate glass. This is the glass they use for laboratory beakers and test tubes. You do not have to worry about thermal shock breaking your teapot, though a sharp rap on a granite counter still could of course. You could safely put the glass part in the microwave or dish washer, though I am not recommending that, just saying you could. The infuser is of the highest quality with very small holes to keep in small particles of tea. The holes are all over the infuser, both sides and bottom, for the best steeping results. It is top-quality, highly polished stainless steel with no burrs on the holes or edges, so it cleans up very well. There is a small handle on the infuser so you can easily remove it when it is still hot and stop the steeping process. The lid is well made as well with a soft silicone rubber insert that protects the edge of the teapot. Finally, the crystal clear glass lets you judge the perfect color for your brew and shows off the tea beautifully.

This teapot is well made. The top and basket fit precisely in the pot. I use it every day.

My son bought me one of these for my birthday from a local cooking shop as I'm a tea lover who just switched from teabags to loose leaf tea (wow what a difference!). I was meh about the gift but I have come to LOVE my little glass teapot and even bought myself a second one to keep at our second home. It's made of some sort of shatterproof glass that I don't worry about breaking (unlike my expensive but extremely delicate Technivorm coffee carafe which has broken repeatedly). It's easy to take apart to clean and enables you to brew tea to your perfect strength as you can clearly see color through the glass.

Nice, thick glass. Seems sturdy. Very cute-looking!Only negative is that it's too small for my needs, but that's my fault. I would say this pot is best for 1-2 people to enjoy tea, but not ideal for a larger group.

We used the similar one for few years just a 14oz version and were very happy with it until the infuser basket broke.Decided that this time I need a little bigger version so it could be used for the entire family or just for one person. Very similar teapot : good looking, firm and comfortable for every day use for the family. The only issue is it is a little pricy

Nice big handle easily fits all my fingers. The infuser is easy to remove and clean. The teapot itself is lightweight even when full and can be lifted with one hand without a problem.

Bought to replace a much loved (and smashed) Forlife. Sadly, this is much smaller, though of the same quality. The large version no longer seems to be available

The media could not be loaded.  Me gusta lo sencilla de ensamblar, es de cristal, mantiene caliente la infusión, el vidrio es muy delgado da la impresión que se va a quebrar al lavarlo o verterle el líquido hirviendo. La lavo con cuidado y no he tenido problema. La canastilla es desmontable por si ya no deseas que siga saturando la infusión.
