Love the many features and accessories but the quality of the picture is bad... It didn't matter what setting or high resolution I recorded on it looks just like an old VCR tape, jerky, and dark, really dark... My Samsung Galaxy S7 records way better with regular average settings...

The camera is indicated as 4K, but the image quality is poor. The fold out screen has very low resolution and poor response to touch controls. Overall quality appears low, as well as design. My iPhone 6 camera shoots a better picture.

External microphone has to be independently charged and attached via an adapter. Audio without it was unusable. Returned.

Wi-Fi doesn't workit doesn't work on Windows 10

NEVER WORKED! Zero customer service, never heard back from seller on possible fix actions.

So far this camcorder has been good. I have used it for recording wor processes in our manufacturing facilities and really like the video quality and the USB cable in the handle is great. It was super simple and easy to use. Bought 128GB memory which turned out to be over 14 hours of recording time. Just came back from trip so have yet to actually look at what I shot or print so can't offer any comments here

Room for an external mic, can be used as a web cam, films in 4K 24fps. It’s a great buy.

I like how the product is light, so handy just fit right in my hand. But the quality for 4k its not as what i expected. Low resolution, the menu display not representing what in the button so i have to use the button if I have to go to what i need, even I'm in touch screen menu. Try many times video but the quality just not the best for me. Sorry I have to return it!
