Time to get the lead out!
This is exactly what's advertised, an ingot of lead. Being soft, you can easily cut it or pound it into the shape you want. Although designed for fishing, lead makes a good telescope counterweight, too.

Nice shape and good Quality
These are small and good quality. I use them to weight a bench we have that blows over when we have strong winds. They would also work great as paper weights.

Not pure
The pound I received must be contaminated because it does not melt just burns and smokes

It's a kg of pure lead . . . it just lays there. ;o)
100/100I usually buy lead from refiners since it's a by-product of precious metal mining. It's pure and soft.THIS is equally pure and soft. I don't know where it is produced, etc. but it is lead. Period. Soft, seems pure, and easily used in casting shot, ball, etc.Price-wise, it's a fair price for 1kg of pure lead. Very competitive in terms of other dealers.Ultimately, is it worth the price? Yes

Exactly as advertised
The ingot that I received actually weighed 2.3 pounds (excluding the packaging). It came in a box and the actual ingot was wrapped in plastic. The ingot that I received looks identical to the photo in the advertisement and it’s a nice piece of lead that is going to make some nice jig heads. Mine also did not come with the stupid prop 65 warning and honestly I’m glad that it didn’t. If you need a warning sticker telling you that lead is bad for you then you probably should be living in California and please stay there. Anyways…the warning is in the advertisement so that should be enough.I am very pleased with this ingot and think it is a reasonable price.

pure lead
I quit using scrap lead I would gather years ago after trying some pure clean lead I will never go back.I use a held smelter for pouring my own jigs and this lead melts easily with no skim at 340 degrees so I would say yes, this lead from Fachoik is defiantly pure. And free shippingVery satisfied with purchase.

Clean
These ingots melted in my pot and left no crud floating on top. Easy to work with.

One side crushed
Packaging leaves something to be desired. No Prop 65 warning on the product or the external packaging weight was a little light no lot number or stamps to verify integrity or purity.
