I wanted something I could seamlessly use on my PS5 and Xbox. So easy to switch between the two. The interchangeable rechargeable battery is a game changer for me. You never have to worry about a wireless battery any more. The sound is great. The mic is ok. The noise cancelling is average in comparison to something like AirPods Max, but still does an okay job.The design is lightweight and wearable for long periods of time and looks clean in the white. Though quite an expensive set of headphones, I’m happy with them!

Been using about a month now and each charge lasts about a week of 4-6hour gaming sessions and sound great when battery is low it beeps to alert you so it doesn't just die on you worth every penny

Considering the price, you'd expect a significant improvement in sound quality and you will be wrong. The audio quality is only marginally better than the Arctis Nova, which costs half as much. You're primarily paying a premium for the swappable batteries, the DAC, and the noise cancellation feature which are not even that good. For less than £100, you can purchase a pair of Sennheiser headphones that offer much better sound. The noise cancelling is also weak and doesn't block out much noise. Worst off all, the software is pure junk. At this price point, the product is simply unacceptable, and I'm surprised by the positive reviews I've seen on YouTube.

These headphones and other top end gaming headphones that I have tried are a HUGE dissaplointment. The spatial audio is absolutely rubbish and so overrated. These get 3 stars because they are clear but don't be fooled into thinking Gaming headphones are any different from standard headphones. The spatial audio is a function of the software NOT the headphones themselves.I have many pairs of high end headphones that I bought for music that absolutely destroy these for the same cost and when I say destroy, not just in terms of sound quality - but spatial audio (THX, Atmos, 7.1 sound, etc).The only benefit I see with this is a retractable mic, if you need one - I see no other. I would highly advise buying the Edifer Stax spirit s3 or s5 (3 being last gen but cheaper and still excellent) over this or any other gaming headphone. Thats if you care about sound quality and detail which translates to a much better spatial audio experience.Don't be food all these gaming headphoens are just one speaker (driver) per ear like any other headphone, the term gaming is just a marketing gimmick...As for the positive reviews, thats coming from people that don't know what good headphones are as they have been sucked into this scam which is "gaming" headphones are somehow different so let pay twice much for half as good.

DAC frequently froze needing a full reset.headset stopped pairing to base station shortly after purchase.Seems a common problem that is yet to be resolved by SteelSeries.Too many issues and faff for such an expensive headset.
