The trays are excellent for organizing maths manipulatives. They stack neatly, saving space, and the activity mats provide a variety of exercises. It's a great resource for small group activities in the classroom, helping to keep materials organized and accessible.

Learning Resources Cuisenaire Rod TraysThese trays are a classroom essential for organizing Cuisenaire rods. The included activity mats offer versatile learning opportunities. Perfect for small group work, the trays help keep materials tidy and accessible. A valuable addition to any math learning environment, promoting hands-on exploration and understanding of number concepts.

The media could not be loaded.  This set is great for working with a group of 6 children. The pack comes with a plastic case each, and 4 reversible plastic sheets with different representations or numbers and some blank sheets. It is a great resource for exploring mathematical concepts that involve counting or fractions and they work using the Interlocking Plastic Cuisenaire Rods, which to me look very similar to base 10 blocks. Children are to place a sheet in the plastic case and use the rods to represent numbers. They can write on the cases using whiteboard or chalk pens which will wipe off, which would be great for the blank sheets for children to write their working out or practise writing their numbers up to 100.

These trays are a great addition to my classroom, helping to organize Cuisenaire rods neatly. They support various math activities, making lessons more interactive. The trays stack well, saving storage space, and the included mats offer diverse learning opportunities. However, I wish they were a bit sturdier. Despite this, they are highly functional and beneficial for teaching math concepts.

This is cute in theory, but in reality it fails to hold our little one's attention for more than 5 - 10 minutes per session.Such a shame: it is well-made and has a solid idea. A sad miss for us.

These complement hand2mind's Cuisenaire rods perfectly, giving you no-prep activities and practice for your kiddos. We use these regularly as part of our weekly math center in my first grade class. Excellent, excellent quality. You can not go wrong with these!

Personnellement, je trouve que ces jeux abordables dès 5 ans, avant, c'est tôt je pense. Donc à partir de la GS de maternelle.

My wife is a teacher and likes using these in her classroom so I thought it would be good for our kid as well since she's already well versed in using. We have the counting rods already from another set that go well with some of these mats which is nice. The quality is ok and I like the concept for helping our boy get ahead.

This set of trays really works exactly as it is advertised, with a clear "window-like" base and insertable cards. The edge of the tray is raised around the outside, allowing you to place rods, counters, or some sort of math manipulative over the squares. Please note it does NOT come with any sort of counters, but this is within the product description too. It does come with a few varied cards depending on the activity you are doing, and all can be nicely and easily stored within each tray, and each tray has its own full set of cards. The trays can also be stacked up so as not to take up a bunch of room in your classroom or home-learning environment!
