Like most, I was skeptical about this product. I did some research about the ingredients and thought I'd give it an honest try. I'm here to report the positive results. Increased energy that lasts well into the late evening. I take two caps around noon with my other daily supplements. No side effects. No weird feelings. At 67, I'm feeling my oats again and I just renewed my fitness membership and I 'm ready to hit the gym again!...Hard! -GC

I think the product is doing something good for my body, I just don't know what exactly it is. I found myself not getting up as much using the bathroom at night. I also woke up with a lot more movement in places that seem to slow its movement as your get older. (wink) :) I had some swelling in my ankle/feet that seems to have slowed downed a bit. I can't say that man I got taller and stronger in 2 weeks. I will say that there seem to be some positive results overall. I will continue to take on a daily basis and buy another bottle when these run out. Maybe then I will specific and particular see what has changed (even my blood pressure), and then I will be able to give it a 5 star ratings.

This is a good product. I take it before lifting weights and I have noticed several things: I am more focused, I need less time between sets and I am getting a better pump.
