I would agree with Ms. N Pattinson that the bag colour is navy and not the far nicer royal blue illustrated in the product photo.I was really disappointed with the colour, but couldn't face returning it, especially as I needed the bag.I did wonder just how many people chose this bag for the royal blue colour and kept the bag despite the disappointment? 😕 After all, the colour is too different to use the usual excuse of your own screen display may show a slightly different shade.I'd love to know if anyone had actually received a royal blue bag, so if you do purchase this product and receive a royal blue bag, please let us know in your review.✴I also agree that the strap on one side tightens up during use (the other side is a regular loop without an adjustment buckle) - I suggest that you do the same as me and stitch the strap next to the buckle, so it can't tighten up. It saves whoever is assisting you from losing their temper while trying to loosen the strap (it's extremely annoying, believe me).My bag has been a lot easier to use since the loop can't tighten around my wheelchair handle.Though I haven't been out recently thanks to the lockdown, the bag has been used on many occasions before then.I've only given three stars as it's not supplied in the same royal blue colour as illustrated in the photo and because of having to sew the adjustable loop to avoid the frustration of it tightening up around the handle. I can't imagine anyone wanting to keep their bag permanently on the back of their chair, so that's an annoyance for all purchasers.

Happy with the ease to fit the bag, got a few messages from M &S was surprised that I managed to fit everything into the bag. 😄

it's a good sturdy bag (navy by the way, not bright blue)but the handles to hang on the wheelchair aren't great. one side is fine but the other tightens itself and i had to ask my helper to get the bag off for me.

The bag arrived much earlier than expected and I was surprised to find it was much stronger than it looked in the picture. There is plenty of room and the extra pockets are very useful. All in all a good buy.

I've had several bags over the years but this one is one of the best. In answer to a question (that I can't find now) the dimensions of the bag are 12" wide, 13.5" long, 6.25" deep. This excludes the useful front pocket.

Bought to replace a similar one which was old and had started splitting. Am confident this one will last many years too.

While the product didnt fit the chair I wanted it for, the product itself was of good quality and I would recommend it if its the size you want
