What exactly is a cycle dor this item? Says last 1000 cycles, would that be like 1000 jumps? lol... thanks...
Why it will not charge ?
Instructions say to charge to 100% then drain battery to 0% and then recharge to 100% 5 to 8 times before you use it. How do you drain the battery?
Can it’s work without a batery??? Or with a very low voltage..?
