The model is good and I enjoyed making it, unfortunately the battery pack arrived damaged. The switch disintegrated and does not work. UPDATE The seller did respond quickly and has offered me a refund.

Bought this for my wife who has a huge bookshelf full of her favourite books, and I knew she would love it! Came really fast, in great condition with clear and informative instructions!It’s brilliant quality for money, looks amazing and lights up perfectly.It’s very fiddly though, with many small pieces and I even had to use a pair of tweezers to ensure they were perfectly in place.The only thing I would mention is have patience, take your time with it. And maybe invest in some glues or adhesives so that it doesn’t come apart!

This was great fun to build and looks lovely finished. All parts were in the kit (except batteries and glue). Very reasonable price. Highly recommend

It was such a great fun building it!I must say materials were missing or sizing was too small, but nothing crucial. It took me 3 days to make it.I recommend following instruction (not always the easiest to follow, but just be patient) and mark in the book elements you’ve made. Had a great time making it.

The paper and battery fitting need updating, but these guys are keen to serve and I highly recommend them and their model due to their excellent customer service. The model is very interesting with a different twist.

The media could not be loaded. I loved this little project. It was my first time doing one of these. Found it perfect for my Harry Potter books.There are two led lights that go inside and the top piece allows extra light to come through.This one is battery operated. I read there are usb versions? Probably would prefer that option in the future.Oh and you have to buy some film covers separately. Which I have not…

Ich habe noch nie einen so perfekten Bausatz gehabt. Trotz sehr vieler kleinster Kleinteile war alles vollständig und passte sehr gut zusammen. Die Beschreibung war durch die Fotos einfach und verständlich. Und durch die Beleuchtung sieht das Haus richtig toll aus. Ich würde den Bausatz jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Got it as a gift to my friend's family. It took 2-3 people maybe 6ish hours on and off to put it all together. You can flip through some of the book pages, and there's readable text on some (Diablo!!). Really decent quality and good smell. Little books appear to be made of wood, not carton. It's one of those rare cases when images don't do the product justice.
