Looking at purchasing a boxer puppy as a family pet and wanted to read and research about the breed beforehand. Got this book from reading the reviews but was a little disappointed after reading it. The book covers every area but not in any great detail. Didn’t tell me anything I didn’t know or could read on the web for free. :(

It's good for the boxer enthusiast with specilaist knowledge, history and background. It's by no means essential and the advice in generic books for rearing a puppy is more than adequate.
