Nail tech here.What I was in love with: these are possibly the best forms I've ever used! (I'm not in the camp of sticking the spot at the top.) They are absolutely fantastic, they're thicker than ones I've had in the past and quite frankly just fit perfectly. I wondering if its the oval shape... I'll have to investigate. I've had so many forms in the past I like these because they are much thicker, they really feel good on. They're also very long, especially for a kit that can be used as an intro. The colours I got had lots of lilac shades and a fabulous retro fluro one too. This is a good quantity set, plenty of monomer. The brush is good. I quite like how the belly is a bit firmer and it spreads well, it's not the most expensive brush but it's very good especially to start with. Nail file is upto the job.What I was less in love with: tip slicers. Not sure you really need them with this kit... I have my own pair which are a lot a higher price point, I'd suggest that altering the screw at the back might help with cutting to get a smooth cut combined with speed and pressure to avoid damaging a raw plastic tip.Takeaway: a great set for lots of different skill levels. And at the price currently offered at under a tenner, I think this is excellent value.

This is a really good beginners set and you can afford to practice with the materials included.There is a small bottle of acrylic nail liquid, 6 pots of nail powder, a large nail file, clippers for cutting acrylic nails, 2 nail brushes and a pack of 10 nail form stickers. The only thing missing as it is aimed at beginners, is a set of instructions. Luckily there are many online tutorials and there are also instruction with the advert.Basically you mix a very small amount of the purple acrylic liquid with some of the metallic powder until its a mouldable consistency and start creating your master pieces on the nail. You will need something suitable to mix in, a glass shot cup is a good size. I would use a stick rather than one of the brushes to mix. You have to work quite quickly with it as small quantities start setting extremely quickly. I found the smell very strong and not particularly pleasant so an open window should help.The powders take on a whole new colour when mixed with the liquid and are very sparkly. I tested some out shaping in a silicone mould and created a tiny red heart which I was very happy with.

The colours are lovely, the nail forms are a good quality form and not flimsy, the brushes are decent for this price point and hold the monomer and nail powder beads well. The nail file is chunky so easy to handle with longer nails. The clippers are not great quality, and the blade in my pair is a little wonky, they work fine but they will probably need replacing sooner that the other items in the kit.As a starter kit I can not fault this product, I would definitely recommend it.

Here is my honest and unbiased review.This set does not contain what it claims to!There is NO UV LAMP FOR CURING!Powders are nice and work well with the mono liquid. Nail firms are nice, brushes are pretty decent, and clippers are so effective you can use them on your dogs claws too!!Everything I received is good, but this should not be advertised as having Everything you need!3 stars!

At least 5 different areas mention it yet it was not included when it arrived. So that comes under false advertising which then means you are not getting value for the money which also results in this being a poor beginners kit because an important item is missing.I thought that it was going to be great but when I realised the lamp was missing, it just took away most of the function of the kit.

Everything you need is inside the box the acrylic nail cutter is pretty sharp and cuts it perfectly. This is so easy to use and train yourself how to do the acrylic nail powder. It is perfect for beginners and also the quality do seem pretty good and it is strong and hard. I love it!Hope my review was helpful
