Let's be honest here. The successful use of this product depends most on your own current physical condition/shape, coupled with the severity and form of your gynecomastia. It probably won't enhance the look of your chest if the fluffiness comes from an overly excessive amount of chest fat.For me though, it *has* toned my chest, and perked the nipple up, reducing the distance between it and my body. Before I worked out and my shoulders became more broad, the volume of the chest improved, which gave me a slightly better posture, but I still had 'boobs', and they would droop and it would all feel like a waste of time. It has lifted my chest, and made it appear smaller and more toned, but I've still got ways to go before I'm happy with it.I didn't begin to see encouraging results until the end of my first month i.e., two weeks ago. I'm almost 2 weeks into bottle 2 and might not order again unless I continue to see good progress and a better look in my chest. You really have to be patient; keep in mind that the majority of us have had to live with this imbalance since the beginning of puberty; I've had this since my sophomore year in HS, and I'm 23 now. I'm convinced that at the very least, after two months of taking two pills per day and with a decent exercise/health regime (i.e. you're either already in good shape, or working on it concurrently), you will see a smaller, toner chest, but you won't look like an athlete unless you already look that way. There are before and after photos on their website, gynexin, I'm still suspicious as to how legitimate they are.I've had body image issues since puberty (people see your chest and think you're fat) and would rather not go out to the beach/pool with friends thanks to this crap, but I hope my condition gets good enough for me to take the shirt off and feel good about it.

This stuff works. Use as directed and you will no kidding see results (don't expect miracles btw). Combine this with exercise and food intake discipline and you have a surefire solution to help out with man boobs. I will say this though, the pill is a little large to swallow. I usually had to fight to get it down.

This product is a scam do not purchase this product. Tried it for three months and no results at all. Waste of money and biggest scam

Everyone here is wrong... I am known as a guru for nutrition/bodybuilding... I have always had that little lumps under my nipples after three days of use it completely flatten my chest out and got rid of unwanted back fat as well... It's not a magic pill you need to work out and eat healthy but it does target chest fat without a doubt.. Results are seen very quickly

works more like a general weight lost supplement for me. Doesn't truly target the chest area.
