Unique voyage told by a unique, passionate, and efficacious personality
Absolutely loved this when I first came across a couple of episodes on Youtube. So was anxiously awaiting its release on DVD.As soon as I found out it was, the only logical conclusion was to purchase it.As annoying as Martin Dowey's mouth-movements are when sampling his own scrumptiously prepared Campervan meals, his passion and drive for promoting the Campervan-style backpack travels are genuine and obvious for all to see.As much as we'd like to, many of us simple will not have the luxury of time or the right circumstances to travel the country in this way. The next best thing, therefore, is to enjoy it from another person's perspective enthusiastically told by Mr Dowey.Would have loved a follow up second series; but that's just me being greedy. Truth be told, this one season leaves you just satisfied.Great TV.

Enjoyable for the Campervan Enthusiast!
Very entertaining viewing, though I must confess I still cook far less interestingly (sorry, I don't think that's really a word!) in my own (non-classic-VW) camper van!I wish another series would be commissioned, but until then I shall from time to time re-watch one of these episodes and enjoy them again.

Great series
An enjoyable series whilst our VW was in for restoration. Although we won't have access to half the places he visits, nor can we get hold of those ingredients, at least the series goes beyond the idea of having pot noodles in a commercial caravan park.

Great adventure and cooking series.
Great series, it's amazing what you can fit into a campervan.The way Martin copes with foraging and cooking his meals is really inspiring.I really want to get a campervan now, and set out on an adventure.

Cook around the coast
Martin Dorey has great fun touring the country in his T2 VW Camper. It is very entertaining and gives lots of hints to those who like the outdoors and cooking outdoors.

I love this TV series and was really pleased to find it on DVD!! Martin Dorey is becoming infamous for his recipes on two rings and he really captures the spirit of adventure when he combines his enthusiasm for cooking with the freedom of camping in a lovely VW T2 campervan, this is one for the VW diehards and foodies alike!!

Very enjoyable.
Ideal for campervan enthusiasts. A wonderful mix of touring and cooking and well presented. Plenty of ideas to make your campervan life that bit better.Very enjoyable.

A Brilliant Watch
thoroughly enjoyed watching this, as a VW Campervan owner we now have lots of nice tips on cooking and the essential cooking bits we need to take, very well made
