Awesome art and story telling. Been a big fan of Jim Balent for a log time sence the 90s also loved his work on Catwoman and Purgatori and lady death with Brian P. (90s Chaos Comic Ara)

Most people post about the art over the story, because the story is written like it’s for tv, this could definitely be turned into an anime

If your looking for something to read that’s corny and goofy this is for you. Beware however of overly sexualized women.

I would only recommended this for ADULT readers, LOTS of nudity and innuendo withen. Theres no explicit content which is good but most if not all the characters end up naked for no apparent reason at some point.

I admit that the monthly broad sword girl is a great feature but honestly that and the better than average art is where my compliments end. The writer needs to do more research before throwing together a story like this. Probably something like Crowley as book of Magick for starters. But a teenage boy won't care about that as the female warriors will likely suffice.

This is mainly a nostalgia read for me. Balent's art here is great, but incredibly "beefcake." The plot isn't entirely coherent, but somehow is charming in the way many late 1990s alt-comics are. Style substituting for substance, but man is there a lot of style.

Good story

I already had some issues of this book in print form. I knew what to expect. The author is respectful of women, portraying them as strong and intelligent, despite that some may think it contrary to the sexual nature of the material.

Came across a recommendation for this via a friend on FB and loved it, will definitely be purchasing the rest at some point. Wonderful artwork and storyline!

Great artwork, but the story writing is not very good.

I've just started reading erotica comics and this seemed liked a place to go as I like erotic fantasy fiction, I enjoyed the issue and I'll certainly be purchasing the rest of the series.
