why is sugar free rootbeer barrels not available. are they coming back?

Does Chivas Regal make alcohol free scotch? Dad's Root beer has a pungent flavor with a big of a sweet flare at the end. I can't imagine a sugar free version. Sorry

Best Root Beer Candy
