Gel Memory Arch Support Insoles, Suitable for Men and Women, Reduce Foot Pressure, Relieve Foot Pain

This is a pair of clear gel arch pads. They are 4 inches long and 3 inches wide, but can be trimmed a little to fit. They have a sticky underside, but you don't have to peel it. Even if you do, they can be reused a few times, and washed under running water, and still have stick. I use these on top of other insoles to add even more arch height. There are arrows to remind you that the curving side faces in, which seems counterintuitive to a foot shape. Flat edge against outer edge of shoe. These aren't very thick, and do work well with dress shoes or sandals since they are clear. They do add some padding.

The insole is very comfortable to use, the quality is very good, it fits my feet very well, it can relieve the pressure and pain of my feet, it is a happy shopping experience, I will buy it again next time.

Liked:- Easy to adjust placement in shoe or sandal. Suggest experimenting with placement before removing the film over the sticky part to seat before wearing.- Can be used on sandals and doesn't show like a full- or -3/4 insole does.- Helps to prevent overpronation if placed correctly.- Makes shoes/sandals more comfortable if placed correctly. These work best for me in closed shoes like tennis shoes or hiking boot.Didn't like:- A bit more arch support would make these 5 stars for me. They might be right for you if you need just a little extra support or combine these with another insert like full or 3/4 spencos.Overall, I'm glad I have these. They can be used in just about any shoe or boot I own.

These fit inside a pair of clog style slippers I have, but are way too wide for my regular shoes. Too bad, because they seem like they might be a good size to support my high arches. Though one other drawback is they can likely only be worn in one pair of shoes, as they have a sticky adhesive on the bottom that I can't imagine will last if one repeatedly removes and replaces them from various shoes. These might work well if you have one pair of wider shoes, however.

From the wife: I like the way these inserts feel. They are comfy and cool, and they have good arch support. But they are WIDE. I have wide feet, so it's unusual for me to say anything is wide. I've included pics of two types of sandals - the tan one has a more narrow (normal) footbed. The white shoe is a wide size, and the insert still hangs way over the edge. I will find a way to make them work, because they are otherwise the best arch supports I've found.

I purchased these for my high heels. I love the clear silicone as it is not noticeable even with open-toe high heels. They are rather larger so it needed a lot of trimming and adjusting but once I found the right spot on my fallen arches….they worked very well!
