Such a gamechanger that I've bought four to have one at each workstation.
It seems sort of weird to get excited about a mouse, but this type of vertical mouse has made a drastic difference whenever I am using a keyboard and mouse, which is unfortunately all of the time. So, a quick list of pros:* Very comfortable! It takes some getting used to because you're moving the mouse with different muscles - a good habit is to move it more with your ring and pinky finger and thumb.* Works with everything - Windows, MacOS, and Linux are all compatible.* It's easy to set up and very responsive. Unlike other mice, this has a surprisingly good refresh rate.* Crazy durable - I've accidentally dropped one down a flight of metal stairs, and it still mostly worked. I wouldn't suggest repeating that, but if you really want to then I that's your call."Eh"s - Not bad, but it is what it is:* You will absolutely, 100% knock it over a million times while you're getting used to how high it is compared to a regular mouse.* The secondary buttons are hit or miss, mostly because it feels strange to reach for them. This isn't exclusive to this model, more expensive mice are very much the same way.Cons:* It has a dedicated USB dongle that is pretty easy to forget or lose.Overall, this is just a great mouse. I use a Logitech version that is more expensive for weight, but whenever I'm traveling or working somewhere other than usual, this is great to use all day.

Updated: best customer service experience I have ever received!
I edited this original post. The original can be found at the bottom because I think it's important to know the problem I faced and how customer service went out of their way to help after my original posting. After my initial problems with the first mouse (dysfunctional scroll wheel), customer service offered to send me another. I thought this was great because I enjoyed the mouse except for the issue. When I received the replacement, I was again disappointed to find that my original issue was resolved but there was a new issue that made the mouse pretty much impossible to use comfortably (the left click button was extremely difficult to press. Again, they sent me a new mouse and upgraded the mouse to the top tier. I have been using it for about a week getting accustomed to it. ALL the issues are resolved with this mouse. While I still have to get used to the higher DPI, which is worth getting accustomed to, the mouse works great.Customer service went out of their way to ensure I had a good experience with their product and with their service. These guys are awesome! They stuck this through with me for almost a month as I was testing different mouses they were sending to be certain I gave an accurate review for the product and for everyone to be able to make an informed decision from my experience.ORIGINAL POSTPros:Comfortable, ergonomic, intuitiveCons:Charge capacity, DPI reset and default, MOUSE WHEELThe charge capacity is not what is stated in the description. I get two weeks from a full charge if lucky. The charging cable is portable and it's micro USB, so this issue isn't highly consequential, but inconsistent from the product description of 1 month charge capacity. There are 3 DPI modes which is nice, however the DPI resets constantly. From what I can tell it resets when you turn the mouse off/on and/or when plugging/unplugging the USB receiver. Not a big problem right? You wouldn't think so if you only used mode 2 which is the default. If you want mode 1 or 3 you have to set it every time you turn the mouse on/off or plug/unplug the USB receiver. Doing this multiple times a day when you work remote and in multiple places builds up to a serious inconvenience. The mouse wheel is the biggest issue and insanely frustrating. I want to throw this mouse in the ocean because the mouse wheel does not work properly. It bounces around in whatever direction it likes, not in the direction you are scrolling. At the same time it will either scroll nowhere, back and forth so you still don't go anywhere, or skip 10x the amount you scrolled. I have to use my laptop finger pad to scroll. Why did I buy a mouse??ConclusionThere is no way to work with this mouse. Without a functional scroll wheel it's useless. The pros are great about this mouse but do not outweigh cons. Maybe it's just the one I bought. If the mouse wheel did work, I would probably give this a 3 star because the DPI reset is obnoxious as well but would be manageable for $20. Going to buy a higher quality vertical mouse next time.

Amazing Except some Quality Issues
I love this mouse so much, it really helps with not getting aches in my wrist. The build quality could be better though. I've used for like a year and a half so far. The battery lasts like 3 to 4 weeks using daily, which is awesome! The pads come off after a while, not a big deal and doesn't affect it. The buttons inside are where the quality lacks, I started getting double click and buttons that seemed to stick after about maybe 8 months of using every day. Replaced the left and right, that fixed double click and sticking. Going to replace the others since they're acting like they're getting pushed, like the side buttons and the DPI one when I don't actually click them. After all the switches are replaced it will be perfect.

Surprisingly Great For the Price!
2 Years Update: I purchased this mouse in September of 2020 and it is now January 2022. The battery life is still excellent and I hardly charge it. Sometimes the clicking to turn on the mouse can be annoying if I'm in my art programs because it will register the click as a brush stroke. Until this week, those were the only issues I've had in the past nearly 2 years. However, this past week, I noticed the scroll wheel acting up. Sometimes, when I'm scrolling up or down, it starts scrolling the opposite way for a few ticks and then resumes correct operation. This happens all the time and in every program and web browser. Considering replacing it. But, for $25, I've definitely gotten my money's worth and I'll never go back to traditional grips.I got this mouse because I'm in my 30's and I've gotten tired of dealing with wrist rests. I find them very uncomfortable. I didn't think I'd like this mouse, but my old mouse was having issues and this one was inexpensive enough to try.I was skeptical about it being wireless and chargeable because I rely on my equipment for work in my home office and a mouse is essential. I have had zero issues with it dying on me.I've had the mouse for a few weeks and have genuinely enjoyed it. I thought I would be averse to the way I have to hold it, but I find it more natural than the Logitech gaming mouse I previously had. It's rather comfortable, even for my small hands. My wrist no longer aches when I use my mouse and I don't have to deal with the wrist rests anymore. It's nice! The mouse is slightly textured to give some grip to it. I feel like it could offer more grip than it does, but it's still great.I have charged it once per week and have not had any issues with it dying on me, despite my frequent use.The mouse turns off on its own after not being used for about five minutes, Simply clicking the mouse will turn it back on. It's very responsive. Turns on right away. I've left it out without charging it for the majority of two weeks now and have not had an issue with it dying on me.The mouse glides nicely on my gaming mousepad. Double clicking could be a bit more responsive. I could see that being a slight issue for FPS games, but I don't play them anymore. It doesn't come with any weights or ways to make it heavier or lighter, so if you like to highly customize your mouse for gaming, this might not be a good buy for you.I've had no issues with it. I'm very happy and I'm loving that it's wireless. My desk looks so much neater now without that extra wire. Am considering purchasing a wireless keyboard to replace the one I currently have.Am very impressed and surprised by the brand and price. Will update if I have any issues.

Holy Carp! BEST. MOUSE. EVER.
This mouse works exceptionally well. Set up was fast and could not have been easier. Within seconds of opening the box, I was happily clicking away. And what a joy it is to click on things with this mouse! The first thing I noticed was that the action was very light (i.e., it requires very little pressure to click). Consequently, the second thing I noticed was how quietly the mouse operates. You cannot hear the click sound, and the rolling wheel is almost inaudible. The third thing I noticed was how comfortably it rests in my hand, and with very little strain on my shoulder and elbow. I had no idea how bad my old, conventional mouse made me feel until I tried this one. I spend nearly as much time at work holding the mouse as I do at night sleeping on a mattress--you wouldn't sleep on a crappy mattress, so why waste the best days of your life on a sub-par mouse? The customer service / warranty for this product is as elite as the product itself. I had occasion to contact Lekvey support twice. The first time was to compliment Lekvey on how pleasantly surprised I was with the ease of setup and usability. I promptly received a response from Susan thanking me for being one of their customers and wishing me a Happy Halloween! There were no less than two smiling emojis, including this delightful cat one: ^ - ^My second encounter with Susan concerned an issue that was entirely attributable to user error--I forgot that the battery was rechargeable. After a week and a half of heavy use out of the box, the battery (which had never been charged previously) was drained. When the mouse would not turn on, my good mood was equally drained. I immediately asked Susan for help. Within an hour, I received a comprehensive list of possible trouble-shooting fixes to attempt (starting with charging it--duh!), as well as instructions for how to make use of Lekvey's generous two-year warranty. Luckily, I did not need the warranty.I realize that this review makes it seem like I work for or am married to somebody who owns this company. I wish! In fact, I rarely leave Amazon product reviews, much less positive product reviews, because I am usually too busy. But I assure you, I am just a normal person who does not usually think about the quality of his mouse. I just happen to have encountered a mundane product whose competence in engineering made me very happy.I cannot recommend this mouse highly enough, Go ahead and click on the buy button, and I guarantee it will be one of the last painful clicks of your life.

game changer for comfort. Mouse and Arm are in natural alignment, instant relief
This is my first ergonomic mouse. Wish I had tried one way before now. I dont know what my hold up was, maybe because they looked weird and uncomfortable, haha. Well I know what prompted me to try one: my wrist has been bothering me, and it seemed to be made worse with mouse use. I guess all my gaming years have added up.I didnt know which to try. So many! I didnt know what would fit. There are some really small looking ones and some that look bulky, some that are nearly same in appearance as a standard mouse, and some that have a deeper cut out where hand rests. Very confusing. So I just spent some time reading through various reviews of a wide assortment of ergonomical mice. While I think some of it is trial and error for getting the right fit, I think I happened upon a really good fit and feel with my first try. I really have nothing to compare it to, but so far I am really quite pleased.--I dont have small hands, but they aren't exactly big either. Size can be in length and width. I have quite small fingers, but wide palms (3.75"). So typically a size "large" in gloves, but the ends of the fingers always dangle quite a bit. Hope that gives impression going forward with my review:--My hand easily grasps the width of this mouse. Feels very comfortable. My pointer finger just reaches the scroll wheel. I dont need to reach for it; my finger pad sits directly on top of apex of the wheel.--Press of left or right side is easy and comfortable. Plenty of length to accommodate even the smallest of fingers. Yet plenty of spare room for fingers longer than mine.-- Not a loud click, but I can feel the click. I personally find that satisfying. Gentle yet makes me feel my action.--Scrolling is smooth.--No stuttering or jerkiness--Instant connect when I first got this, and no problems since--Impressed with how natural it feels. Didnt realize how much the wrist and forearm twist to use a standard mouse. With this, the mouse and arm are in a natural alignment--Charging is quick and easy. Comes with cord for charging. I charge it directly through use of my laptop. It can be used as a corded mouse with ease. Can store dongle in the mouse if need be. Has on/off switch. When in the ON position, it will go to sleep when computer shuts down (or after x amount of time when not used), and wake up along with computer. Typical for rechargeable mouse. If this is anything like any other rechargeable mouse I have had, it should hold a charge for a very long time.--Haven't used this for gaming yet as I have it for use on my laptop, but may try it out on my gaming PC. If I like it, I will just buy another. I think it will work out. This is just so comfortable and easy to use.Take a little getting used to, yet at same time feels really natural. Good grip, good responsiveness, all around good experience in the short time I have had it. Your experience may vary in terms of fit, but I think the quality is evident. I will update if I have anything else worth sharing :)EDIT/UPDATE: Seriously love this mouse, and this company is great. They are VERY RESPONSIVE and helpful when I inquired about an issue I had. WOW really good customer service. Rare these days, thank you. Truly, 5 STARS ALL AROUND.

Pricey, good in a pinch.
Got this mouse because I needed one last minute for work. Connectivity is simple, comfortable, and portable.Downsides:Pricey, I purchased other ergonomic mice that were more reliable and cheaper. it is not very responsive, cursor movement is spotty, mouse does not always register clicks have to a couple times to register. Scroll wheel sometimes does not work.Good if you need a mouse in a pinch. Would not recommend for detailed work that requires accuracy.
