The media could not be loaded. I'll start off by stating that I was a little leary of buying a 4K camcorder that was less than $500. But I read the reviews here, plus the Q&A, and decided it was worth a shot. I am SUPER glad that I did!The package is small and compact. It includes everything I needed for a solid vacation camcorder (except a tripod which I already have one). I like the fact that it has a "hot shoe" so that I can connect my shotgun furry mic without a lot of excess wires. The case is adequate for small jaunts and carries the essentials.For the filming, I was very impressed with the daylight filming and focus. The wide lense was perfectly adequate for my needs. Although I don't really film in low-light situations, I wanted to test the built in IR, plus the external IR flashlight. The internal IR provided as much as could be expected of course. But the add on was awesome! For outside filming (like in nature, theme parks, etc) that have a little ambient lighting, this is perfect. Still allows color filming and I am perfectly happy with it.The touch screen works as expected. And I did experience the glare that others have seen. Not too bad-and I suspect this is a coating or specific layer to keep the touchscreen from getting scratched. Minor and I would not have even mentioned it if I hadn't seen it in other reviews.Ease of use-this thing just WORKS right out of the box. I love the fact that it came with an extra battery also. I never run out of battery time with this setup. I have always had to purchase all these accessories in the past (which adds up FAST). But again, all included in this package (I don't need to purchase ANYTHING else!).I uploaded some quick play videos while I was waiting for my car to be serviced. Nothing special-but some real-world examples of how well it works. These are in 4K so if you can watch them on the appropriate monitor, you'll be blown away. Stunning and I have nothing to add!

After trying out several different cameras on Amazon cause unfortunately you cannot try these products before you buy them I tried a couple others and sent back cause either the quality was not what it said it was to it was made so cheaply it felt like a camcorder I would give my 8year old to play with!!However when this one came yesterday it was exactly what I wanted!! Great weight distributed throughout the camcorder, easy to use, great all in one package only thing missing is a good microphone, amazing it night vision, and very sturdy and did I mention easy to use cause all the buttons u need are right there rather then going to menu and toggling thru every option just to turn on night vision!!!That can become very annoying especially when ur in complete darkness and wasting minutes to find the option???It also has 30X zoom feature where all the others are only 16 or 18 zoom???Overall this is a great camera for under $200 especially if ur like me and a avid ghost hunter/ spiritual medium who uses this for validation to apparitions that I see I wanted to have a good quality inexpensive camera cause yes you can buy named brand ikon, minolta, Sony camcorders but did you know the same parts and processors are the same ones that are in these Chinese models?? Only difference is your buying a overpriced over rated camcorder cause just the name?? If your about a name brand person go spend that extra money your saving with this one and get itself a 3D printer and print those fancy names put it on ur camera so ur egotistical friends who ur trying to impress see you spent thousands on this so called top of the line camcorder!!! Cause with the money you could of saved you could of bought a dozen cameras with all the bells and whistles with all the accessories for the same price was one!!So overal if ur gonna want a quality camera and digital recording for night time ghost hunting or daytime looking for Bigfoot this by far is your best option and Amazon needs to readjust some of their ratings cause I know for a fact competitors love to bash their competition with bad reviews and then have their friends or family write good reviews for these crappy camcorders they sell!!! Cause I had to buy two bad camcorder’s under $100 that were terrible that I couldn’t wait any longer for my refund for the two cause Amazon loves to take their time on returning any digital equipment for as they say 30 days, more like 3 months to ever get your money back but hey what can I do??This camera was selling for almost $200 or $192 to be exact where the day before the big sale it was finally priced at $152!! I saved $40 but had to buy it before the sale ended!!So buy one or two of these if your a ghost hunter you won’t regret it!!!

Great camera for price range everything you need for paranormal investigation the infered light which comes with it as an addition is a little intense beam but you can always get another light and add to the top of the camera, simple to use camera which does the trick!

The media could not be loaded. the order arrived to day. which I was pleased about. but upon opening the box I find that there was no cushioning to protect the contents also the torch you supplied came without battery and no charger which makes it useless. the lens protector has a tab missing so it wont fir on the camera. and the battery charger for the camera was supplied with a USA plug, and as you know this was delivered to an Australian destination. so all in all not at all impressed with what has arrived. I am not able to charge the batteries for the camera so I cannot give a rating on that but rest assured I will be making a comment on the camera when I can buy and adapter to get it charged. so far not very impressive service as there was also a problem getting a tracking number.AMAZON really do need to lift their game if they want me to make any further purchases. not worth the one star that I gave it.
