I have enjoyed this product so much, in the shor three days of using it I can tell a difference in my breathing. Not only is it retraining my breathing during workouts it is definitely strengthening the diaphragm. I also love that it comes with a case as I hope to not lose it as I lost a different one but that was not as effective as this product. Excellent customer service!

This item is a respiratory muscle trainer that provides all sorts of benefits including the ones identified in the product description like "respiratory muscle endurance and diaphragm expansion." You can search the internet for information on "respiratory muscle training" to see some of the other benefits this device can provide. The device is made of food grade plastic and you can even recycle it if it wears out over time. The device comes in a nice plastic container to keep it clean. I also wash it in warm water with a little dish soap after use, to avoid any bacteria buildup. I let it dry before I put it back in the case. When you run you are suppose to breathe in through your nose and exhale through your mouth. The issue is that when you start exerting yourself you often go into panting mode, or at least I do, where I breathe quickly in and out of my mount. This trainer helps you learn how to control your breathing and I suspect that will help you run further or exercise more. The exhalation level is adjustable so that you can make it a sort of workout that will make your respiratory system stronger over time, which is pretty much what the product description is telling us. And you can exercise with the device even if you are not exerting yourself just to build your breathing system while doing yoga or watching TV. The price point is reasonable. I am liking this product.

Can actually breath.

This breathing trainer is an excellent tool to help improve your endurance. The unit unscrews for easy cleaning. The resistance end of it is highly adjustable and will give you the ability to start easy and work your way to extremely difficult. The mouthguard is made of a rubber that's easily cleanable. I did take off one star because although they say it's one size fit all I found it to be a little bit small for my mouth. This review was done on an older adult male, 5'10".

This is a great product of love using this in my workouts. Gives me more endurance
