I wish they were cheaper for someone who has a Q10 deficiency and has to take 2 a day every day it gets expensive.

I purchased this active-Q ubiquinol dietary supplement to try to keep myself heallthy. It has a lot of medicinal properties that we need and can help us have good health and improve cardiovascular health. That is one of the reasons among others that I take ubiquinol. It helps reduce the progression of free radicals which increases my risk of getting colds, flu and viral infections. I take two daily with my meal to be sure to keep them active in my body. They are not hard to swallow and no taste at all. This supplement will help you regulate your blood sugar, helps in premature aging and will increase your energy level. I did notice the increase of energy. I'm happy I bought this popular brand and hope that my review will help you in your decision on which brand to purchase. I highly recommend this. .

Great product at good price, would keep re ordering.

I like that the product os 300mg a capsule since i take 600mg of this daily. The capsules are kinda big but im not a pharmacist and dont know how to get a higher dose in a smaller capsule. No odor to these, no funny after taste and no nausea as a side effect (which i sometimes get with vitamins/supplements). I will probably buy again unless i find a smaller pill.

All my adult life I have had heart palpitations (innocent) but the last few years they have gotten much worse until I began to be afraid. I decided to give this Q 10 a try. By the time I had started on the third bottle...........the palpitations are gone.
