We ordered this to replace my wife's old iPad which could no longer be upgraded. Since we're done with Apple computers we looked for a very light, good value Windows PC. That's exactly what this is. It won't be used for intensive computing or graphics operations, just straightforward email, browsing, etc. And it's perfectly fine for that!! It was very easy to set up, the keyboard feels great, and it has a mouse-pad for navigation which we've used before and are comfortable with.One note: It comes with Windows 11 Home in S mode, "which provides a Fast, Safe, and Secure, Chromebook-like experience". In English that means you can only install software from the Microsoft app store, NOT the Google Play Store. However, you can easily switch to Windows 11 Home mode from S mode to install from other app stores (but you can't switch from Home back to S mode). Just ask Google for the simple instructions.

Works fine for regular apps, wife loves it.

At first, this was a great computer and I had no issues. It stopped charging after about 4 months. I contacted Amazon, only to realize I bought it from a different seller (my bad for not paying attention to that). Amazon directed me to contact HP and the seller. HP couldn't help me because this computer has been modified by the seller. It is not built to have so much gb of RAM. According to HP, this was most likely the cause of it not working. I tried numerous avenues to contact the seller, including having an Amazon rep try. I heard nothing back. Amazon finally let me return it but charged a $50 restocking fee taken out of my refund-I feel that should have been imposed on the seller but I'm just glad to get something back.

First impressions out of the box wasn’t that great. The keyboard doesn’t fit inside the housing as it should and the bottom frame of the computer seems a bit distorted as seen in the pics. After charging, set up was a breeze although it did require updates out of the box. One thing I didn’t realize was the computer was windows 11 in “s” mode which is easily corrected with a simple settings change. With that being said, plus the old saying “you get what you pay for” overall I’m happy with what I have (for now) after a day of use. Will provide updates if turns out to be a total piece of junk.Update: the laptop failed to boot up and would flash an error bios code. Contacted customer support and they were very friendly and helpful. I opted to return for a full refund and will be dropping the laptop off at ups tomorrow. I honestly think I simply got a lemon and I appreciate the fast response from the seller. What time I used the laptop it ran smoothly with no delays. I wouldn’t be afraid to purchase from them again, however I believe I’m going to bite the bullet and get a MAC book.

I love this Laptop, and it’s great for the cost and just so you guys know if you don’t leave windows S mode it will have fast speed my speed is great because I didn’t go into windows Home mode

I got the laptop on the expected delivery date. The box and everything was intact. Everything works fine for now. I will like to use it for some time to give a review on how it is working. I don't really like white but I guess I will get used to it. Thank to the seller.

I got this cause it said it was good for games but it is not. It will not run the games he wants on this computer.
