I've been using tens machines for about 3 years now due to a hip/back injury. I did have the one with wires attached to the pads and it was a nightmare as the wires are so long that I would sit on them or they would get stuck and I would have to keep the actual machine part in my bra and pull the wires over my shoulder so I could use it. I'm soo glad I decided to bite the bullet so to speak and buy this machine. It's great quality, so easy to use, I can now keep the machine part in my bag and put the pads on without any help. It's got quite a few different settings and they are a good strength, I was a bit worried when switching about the strength of the settings because I have it quite high and this did not disappoint. I'm so glad I took the plunge and decided to buy this one. I would definitely recommend and I'm definitely not disappointed.

I have only had it 2 days but really finding helpful for widespread pain management. The host batteries seems to last a whole day of use. I live having the option of running two hosts at the same time and remote easy to use.One star removed as hosts beep repeatedly when they loose connection with remote which gets annoying as you move around home or office without remote and they beep everytime you adjust setting or intensity.Also although I just got it I wanted to buy extra spare pads. The same brand ones stocked on Amazon don't fit and I can't find others I know would be compatible other than importing from US site at huge cost.Edit 04/07/24Just rechecked and the correct looking replacement pads appear available now so I have put the order in and hope they fit.Everything going well with device so very pleased with it.

I wanted a cordless/wireless one as the one I have is wired and when it is on your back, it can make it difficult getting tangled up in using the bathroom!! Very disappointed. It fits nicely, and does the job except if you move about or have clothing on, the "host" falls off!!! The pad is still stuck on, but the controller disappears. Could lose it anywhere and not realise for a while. So, returned and back to the trusty old wired one.

This compact TENS unit was easy to setup and use. More power than you'll need, and great battery life between recharges.

Solved a sore back! Works very well, my knees feel better. Appears to be a quality unit, easy to use and charge. I like that it is not battery operated. Charges from any U S B source.

I didn’t expect to have to read a book in order to understand and operate it.
