At first glance, this set of 12 panda themed retractable pens looked pretty good. There were 2 each of 6 different pandas on the clips. However, the 6 different designs on the pens themselves were not in equal amounts (4:4:1:1:1:1). When I tried to remove the red wax bead from one of the pens to test it out, the entire metal tip came off, and I was left with a huge mess of ink splatter everywhere. It was a pain to clean up, and the pen ended up in the trash. There’s no way I’m letting my kids have these, knowing how easily the metal tip can come off and splatter ink everywhere.
