I was pleasantly surprised by this rain coat, the green is a lovely colour, like a jade green. I am size 12 and got a Large and it fits perfectly. The quality was much better than I was expecting, I am very pleased with my purchase, would recommend.

Nice Mac but I should of upsized as quite snugg, returned but only for this reason

I have worn this today in a Storm Jocelyn induced downpour to go for a quick walk (less than ten minutes) to the shops. Before today it has just been too cold to make me willing to part with my big winter coat but today's temperature just about reached double figures so I thought I'd give this jacket a try.I wore it over a sweater and when I reached my destination and again back at home, the outside of the coat was wet but my sweater and the tops of my jeans were bone dry whilst the lower part of my jeans which had been exposed to the rain were wet, so there is a good degree of waterproofing.I liked the hood - the drawstrings can be pulled very tightly to keep the hood around the head to stop the hood blowing off in the wind which hasn't always been the case with other such rain jackets I have owned.I ordered an XL because I couldn't make head nor tail of the chest measurements on the size guide but my waist is 36.9" so I thought I would size up in order to be able to get a sweater under it and there was plenty of room and I probably could have got away with a L. For reference my bust is 41.8" and I am a UK size 16I ordered this in Wine, and it is a nice colour. It's easy to zip up and I like that there is an elasticated waist to stop it being too sack-like. There is a carrier with it so you can fold it back up and pop it into your bag but this appears to be beyond my capabilities.

This is a nice pale blue colour and fold (or scrunches up) into a very small space and the zip works fine without getting caught. A great one to have in the bottom of your bag for that sudden downpour.
