Works perfectly, but you need to understand
If you understand a few things then you will find this device to work perfectly.1- this device goes between a USB keyboard and a PC.. if you keyboard does not plug into your PC with a USB cable then don’t buy this2- this device is a little fat and as such you need the USB outlet next to it to be empty, otherwise you will have to squeeze this in, so to speak.3- after you type in the password to access the files on this device the keyboard will NOT work, so drag and drop the files to a hard drive and then UNPLUG this device and plug the keyboard back in, now everything is back to normal. Now go and view the files.4- this device copies everything typed on the keyboard, figuring out what web site they were on is up to you. If they use an address book you will see what they type but not know who it was sent to because they didn’t actually type in the address, they used the mouse to select it from the address book.Hope this helps

Did not work for me
Worked only with one keyboard, NOT the one that I wanted to monitor (it was just a simple usb keyboard) and there was no way I could change out the keyboard without giving myself away. Returned the product.

Total junk
This is just hopeless. It makes the keyboard write randomly in capitals, and has some incorrect keystrokes. This is what is shown on the PC screen, not just what is recorded.The text written and stored is just worthless. So you cannot type normally while this is installed.
