This was a great necklace I have kept my nito with me at all times my husband is happy he can just get pill and put under my tounge the fit is great big enough that it's not choking and small enough it's not in my way. It is worth every penny there is a good amount of meds I had 8 small pills and was still room the seal was very tight liked the silver color

I take those with me in case of a heart attack. It includes two little washers to seal it so you can shower with it. I would wear this simply for the way it looks. I got the silver one and never take it off.

excellent, but chain broke while it was in a bag, so I wouldn't lose while not wearing it.

I love this and put it on a keychain. It is small though so only fit one pill for me. Still using it and worth it. It has a tight seal, so it’ll stay closed.
