I had previously bought the aosu door camera, which is excellent quality and doesn't need a subscription to hold recordings. After some research I decided again to buy from aosu for my house cctv system. I opted for 2 WiFi mains powered and 2 WiFi battery powered with solar charging to cover my house. All these cameras are 3k and the picture quality is excellent. All cameras are pan tilt and zoom and are brilliant at tracking people in their field of view. I also really like the brightness of the inbuilt led lights, which come on automatically when something is detected.The cameras are very well built, they are very easy to setup, configure and install. They all have an in built memory card slot so recordings can be saved without subscription. As guided by the instructions I contacted aosu about the memory cards and Lynette one of the customer service reps very quickly got back to me and kindly sent me 4 SD cards. I did have an issue with one of my cameras, but this was very quickly dealt with by Lynette who sent me a replacement within a few days, thank you Lynette, so the customer service is also excellent.Aosu use an application to configure and control the cameras, which is downloaded from either Google or Apple. Again this application is very easy to use and works great with all my cameras.I highly recommend this company and it's products.

Excellent, clear, crisp video detection. I have been looking for a cctv camera for my front door for some time and this has proved to be exactly what I was looking for. Shame it doesn't come in black.Easy set up and installation. Inserted a 128Gb micro card to save events.

The camera itself is great for the price. It has lots of handy features. I particularly liked the motion sensor tracking feature and the fact you can see what’s going on from anywhere and the event log is very easy to use. Installation and set up is easy too.

The camera worked perfectly with the app and the video was clear and smooth.After 7 months the camera refused to charge either by solar or mains. I contacted Aosu support and they talked me through a few trouble shooting methods. None of these worked so they passed me on to Nicole at Aosu support who immediately sent me a new camera via Amazon. This camera arrived but was the wrong model. I immediately contacted Nicole who said she would immediately issue me a refund as that would be the fastest way for me to get a new camera. I received the refund immediately and bought a new camera off of Amazon. I can not praise Nicole and the Aosu support team enough for the fast, friendly and professional way they dealt with my problem. I have no hesitation in recommending not only these cameras but the Aosu company in general.

I purchased this on 15th Jan. So I assume it arrived on the 16th. I charged it fully by USB before mounting. The next two weeks we’re completely overcast during the day as in you could not see the sun through the grey at all. I also have the camera set up in the most draining configuration possible i.e. brightest light, highest sensitivity etc. over that two weeks of grey overcast, the battery was draining more than it was charging. I’d say it averaged about 8% drain a day. But in the first few days I couldn’t help playing with it, being a new toy, so that was causing a lot of drain. The lowest it got to was about 9% battery and I planned to bring it in and charge it or hang a flashlight out of the upstairs window to charge it. However, the sun peaked its little head thru the grey a tiny bit. I mean a real tiny bit. Hardly any sun. And the camera didn’t die. Instead, it began to charge more than it drained in a day. And the camera never died. It was hanging out between around 10-20% seeing as some days were completely overcast and some had a tiny bit of sun. Then one day we had a bright day and it went from around 12% to 31%. Near in mind that the solar panel is only getting direct sunlight until about midday and then the sun goes over the house so it’s only getting ambient light. It still charges in the ambient light. Then, when the sun decided to come out bright one day, I checked the battery and it was on 46% at about 11am. Next time I checked it it was on 100%. Every time I’ve looked at it since, it’s on 100%. As for the camera itself it’s a decent little thing. Well worth the price. Far from perfect, yet absolutely amazing for a little house camera. Knowing what I know now would I buy one? Absolutely, I intend to buy another one. I’m more than pleased with it and I’m very picky about stuff. Especially tech. But for the price and convenience I’d rather buy this than spend 10x on a PoE PTZ camera with an NVR and have to drill through the external walls and run cables. And I already have a PoE PTZ Camera and NVR from Reolink but I really didn’t wanna drill through the thick external walls and run the cables again after moving house. I might do one day, but until then I bought this little baby and slapped it up with a couple of screws and the rest takes care of itself. Also, this camera runs thru an app, whereas the other setup requires additional configuration and trickery to be able to view it from anywhere while I’m out. Realistically, a proper firewall and site to site (or phone) VPN. So while that setup is the ideal setup and my preferred setup, I genuinely couldn’t be bothered to spend all that time setting it up and maintaining it. I’m sure I will one day, but in the mean time, I’ve got this. And I sleep okay. I’m giving it 5-stars because it’s such good value. If it was costly, I’d give it 4. If it was the price of the reolink, I’d give it 3. But don’t be put off. You’ll be pleased. And if you're not pleased then you’ll have to spend a load of money and time to get what your satisfied with.

Very easy to install and set up value for money the quality of the video is great very easy to use all of the functions that it has also battery life great as has solar panel
