Tips and Advice below
Hi there,People have trouble with this as they use it like wallpaper and then it pops off the wall as it has an inbuilt curve to it from the plastic backing that has been rolled. The Wallrock product does not have this issue which is why some prefer it, but you are effectively paying 4 times the price merely for convenience and I am a definite best bang for buck kind of guy so here are my tips from installing this stuff.Tips:1. just measure out 1 meter lengths and cut them into meter long pieces.2. Stack them all flat on a piece of wood / a table / or something equally flat and sturdy. It will be fiddly as they will roll but get two weighty objects to pop at either end to hold the things in place as you unroll each meter piece and stack it.3. Remove your weights and put a piece of board / flat wood on top that is big enough to cover the entire square,4, Add some weight to it, a hoover, that old CRT TV, motorbike chains, just get some decent weight on it and leave it for a day.5. When you come to get your panels, while not being perfectly flat, they will be miles flatter and far easier to manage.6. Use the proper glue for this, wallpaper past will not do. You need thermic glue, has the consistency of cottage cheese, not cheap, but does the job well. DO NOT BE SPAIRING. Smear the stuff on there in plentiful amounts with a mini roller.7. flatten out your panel on the glue patch, give it a little jiggle / twist against the wall once you've flattened it out to ensure it grips well, then slowly slide it into the position you want.8. Grab a rag and press firmly over the entire panel in back and forth motions applying as equal constant pressure as you can while ensuring you don't dent the plate too much.9. When done, fill in the joins with decorators caulk.10. Wallpaper over your new wall with a good sturdy wallpaper paste and a 1700 grade or better lining paper. Enjoy your nice flat warm new wall, proofed against damp and mould from the underside, but remember if you have ventilation issues in your home, you are still susceptible to surface mould no matter the treatment you apply. Insulate & ventilate.Best wishes.p.s. When cutting your XXX cm sections, try to cut them as squarely as possible, this helps keep your joins neat and tidy which decorators caulk swiped with a credit card can then make disappear for a nice flat surface to paper when done.

Easy to apply, great insulation on uneven walls.
Good product to work with, try not to bend the paper as this will crack the polystyrene backing.Adheres really well (I used Wallrock adhesive, layered on thick to even out the textured walls) applied with a small roller or brush.Works instantly to warm up the walls, have used this in the past on a cold room prone to condensation and the room has never been damp since.A very sharp knife is the easiest way to cut it but scissors work too so long as you are careful not to break the backing.Cut to exact size as its not easy to cut off excess once it's hung.I found it easier to cut smaller pieces in difficult areas (sockets, windows, recess) I then put extra adhesive over where the join butt's together to level out.Dislikes I had... on one of the rolls it had some dents at the edges where it looked as if it had been pressed against something so that showed on the wall, but I am over lining so that will cover it.The other is where the outside label was stuck to the surface of the paper with glue so when it was peeled off, it took part of the paper with it.Definitely needs the proper lining paper on top as this on its own is not a smooth finished look if you have dented it.Used in bedrooms, hallway, lounge & utility.Good value for money.

I won the war but was battle scarred.
I'm sure this is great if you can get it on the wall without it fighting! Because it comes off a roll, it wants to curl. I pasted the wall with Wallrock thermal liner adhesive, and the adhesive let go of the liner in many places because of its wanting to curl. I spent the day trying to get the wall, the paste and the liner to become mates, even propping weight against areas that just wouldn't adhere. Even so, the next day though most of the wall was very, very well finished and adhesion had been good, there were areas where there was nothing but air between the wall and the liner, despite the proper adhesive's having been applied properly. So it was a case of slit and paste again. Some success resulted, but some "bubbles" I had to treat this way several times. The whole process was a battle. This stuff would be better sold in flat sheets, though the logistics rule that out. I will never use this again, even though at the end of the war the walls were beautifully ready to paper. The next time I used Wallrock Fibreliner Double Wallpaper and that was astoundingly good. That's for me in future!

Excellent product , walls from cold to warm
The media could not be loaded. You must use wallrock thermal adhesive only for this product (apply adhesive on wall first ), normal wall paper adesive will not work ) . Very easy to apply , can’t wait to finish the job , great adhesion , looks good ,most importantly it works ,the walls are not longer cold .

Amazing Product
Bought this to prevent damp on an outside wall in a wardrobe. It’s a good thickness and feels warm to the touch when fitted. Be careful when unrolling it that you do not try to flatten it as it cracks.

Sensitive to tear
This is quite easily torn so need to be careful. Once on it gives a decent layer of thermal backing
