Measuring 35mm in diameter, they are designed to drop tightly into a 35mm forstner bit hole, but can also be surface mounted. The hinges limit the lid opening to about 95°. Leaf thickness is .075". These hinges are perfect for the jewelry boxes I make. They perform very well. Unfortunately I will have to use another type of hinge as these are very pricey and I give the boxes away so I have to keep the price down.
