Not exactly a hangover cure, but better than Pedialyte or Gatorade
I would not call this a hangover cure, BUT electrolytes always help, and I find Flyby to be more palatable than my previous go-tos of Pedialyte or Gatorade. I did buy both the electrolyte supplement and the pills initially. After some experimentation, I've determined that the pills don't seem to have much effect one way or another. The electrolyte supplement, on the other hand, is great! I add a quick squeeze to a 16oz glass of water any time I'm feeling dehydrated (not just after drinking). It has a very mild, almost unnoticeable flavor and definitely helps with hydration. It took me about 4 months to go through one bottle, using it as needed, so I'd say the value is pretty good as well.

Perfect for electrolyte replacement! Esp. Keto eaters!
I do keto as a long-term way of eating. I've had electrolyte deficiencies on and off since I was a teenager and it was especially bad during my pregnancies, as evidenced by waking up in excruciating pain in the middle of the night with leg cramps. I've talked to my doctors and taken supplement pills, but I still get cramps so strongly that I have to stand up at the side of the bed to make them go away. Simply massaging or flexing the muscle alone doesn't work, the cramps are that bad. Since changing to keto several months ago I've had leg cramps frequently, so I've been looking for an electrolyte supplement. I'm happy to report that Flyby is perfect for my needs! I've been taking one dose daily, some days I take two. My leg cramps have gone away completely most nights or they are very weak and go away quickly.I have only had this supplement in plain water once, it just tastes salty. I prefer to make it with a packet of Crystal Light to mask the taste. I already drink Crystal Light often, so it's no biggie. Once I even took the bottle and squirted it into the back of my mouth and chased it with water - I wouldn't recommend this, but I was too full for a glass of water and didn't want to go to bed without taking it!

Pick a Price and Leave It Alone
I have purchased Flyby Keto Electrolyte Powder 33 times. In my opinion, Flyby Keto Electrolyte Powder takes second place behind Keto K1000 Electrolyte Powder, with K1000 being terribly over-priced as discussed in a previous review. And while Flyby is more is more economical, it’s price fluctuates with the wind.I’ve been on keto for five years, and the hardest part of the lifestyle is maintaining a proper electrolyte balance. Keto tends to flush electrolytes and elevates the need for continuous replenishment.Over the years, I’ve found DIY potassium capsules the most economical solution, but they do not satisfy as the powdered mixes do.Flyby has a good taste and works well as a keto supplement, however, their flippant pricing is so aggravating, I often buy K1000 or Dr. Berg’s electrolyte mix instead. For example, in November of 2022, Flyby was priced at $24.97. Then, in the same month it dropped to $14.98. Two months later in January of 2023, the price increased to $15.97, and then over the next two months it went up to $17.97 and then 19.97. Currently, Flyby is priced at $24.99.This tells me Flyby is searching for the best market price for their product. Let me help you out. Set the price at $19.97 and leave it alone. Flyby will never be Keto K1000, so forget about overpricing your product like they do. Yesterday, I ordered a different brand because Flyby was $24.97. Drop the price back to $19.97 and I’ll buy it again. That’s your sweet-spot.For those reading this review to help with your buying decisions, if Flyby is under $20, buy it. If it’s over the twenty-dollar threshold, then wait.In my opinion, Flyby Keto Electrolyte Powder is the second best on the market, so long as they don't get carried away with their pricing.

Fast, easy, and economic.
I work outside as a landscaper, so hydration is a must, especially during the summer. I’m not a big fan of drinking just plain old water, so I try to mix it up by (super) watering down different kinds of juices, or squeezing a lemon or lime. But when you sweat, that just isn’t enough to replace what you loose. Even though I would drink enough, I still felt thirsty and sluggish, and achy too. So at the recommendation of my chiropractor, I looked for an electrolyte additive, and found flyby. I haven’t used it long, but I have noticed a difference in feeling more hydrated and longer, and more alert, even in the heat. It’s simple and easy to use (though maybe if there was a way to make it a bit more concentrated, that would be cooler than counting 40 drops per 32oz). I also love that it’s just electrolytes and trace minerals your body needs, no flavoring, no sugars. And it’s a convenient size bottle to throw in my bag for work, as well as worth the price. I have even been putting it on my drinks at home to help supplement, though unless I feel dehydrated I go a little under the recommended dose at home, just so I don’t risk getting an upset tummy, which I am glad to say has not happened yet. I have also been recommending it to others I know who work outside; it can be a real lifesaver.

Not cost effective
I got this to help with electrolyte replenishment during extended fasting. With the low amount of sodium and potassium I will use the whole bottle in only two day, which is a very expensive way of doing this. It’s also poorly balanced - one serve is 3%DV potassium, 5%DV sodium and 18%DV chloride.Might work if you’re looking for a little extra, but useless if you’re trying to meet electrolyte needs while fasting.
