Excellent service - ordered on 30th June and delivered pm on 4th July, well before expected date. I thoroughly recommend this Garden Lounger. It is extremely comfortable and very easy to operate. The screw lock is a good added feature, although the Lounger is quite stable in various positions without operating the lock, which was a welcome surprise, given some of the comments on other products, (not this one), about slippage. It is very competitively priced and as efficient and comfortable as some of the more supposedly upmarket products, which I've tried out at Garden Centres. I'm pleased I decided on the Benross Deluxe Garden Lounger!

Very good chair. Well made. Sturdy. Quality materials. Very good value. Recommended. Mechanism to lie back is easy to learn. It moves back slowly and no sudden jolting or feeling insecure. Stops when you do. I like the headrest ! It would be even better with a canopy!

This was not advertises as "second hand/used product" and yet this is what I got. I advised the delivery guy that different packaging for two chairs does not look good, so we opened the poorer one and saw that the product, indeed, was used already, with paint peeled off in places etc.Hence, I did not accept either chair.Beware!

Nice quality chair

It arrived quickly . I love it only problem it's so comfortable it's easy to fall asleep in.

Really comfortable, a little hard to recline at first but does ease up the move it is used. I love it.
