Brilliant
Package arrived on time and packaged great. Item also stuck well to my silicone breast forms, the only upsetting part was it won't tear drop based, so my tear drop forms at the top required me to put an extra one in place and xut to size. No big issue just means I need to buy more to cover the usage.

These work well but are not a perfect solution.
I have used silicone breast forms in pocket bras for several years now but have always wanted to try having the breast forms attached to me. I tried these pads on my larger pair of breasts which are 1200g DD. That may have been too much, certainly it would not work without a bra taking most of the weight. It was worthwhile as I can see myself using these adhesive pads to attach my breasts and then wearing a pretty bra, something lacy and more exciting than my usual bra.The adhesive did stick well. It was a bit uncomfortable as the breasts pulled on my skin but a lighter pair would probably be easier. When removing them the adhesive peeled away from my skin without any problem. A word of warning here, if you have any stray chest hairs then shave them off and if you have sensitive nipples cover them. A patch cut from the backing material of the adhesive pads would probably work well. if you don't then peeling these off your skin will not be nice. The adhesive really sticks to the breast forms and needs care to remove without damaging the forms. It took me half an hour to unstick the first one but less than 10 minutes for the second once I discovered the best technique is to work in a spiral around the edges of the pad.Am I glad I bought these pads? Yes, definitely. I will try them with a smaller pair of breast forms, 800g C , and see how that goes. They are not something I would use everyday but if you want to make a special effort I think they are worth using..

They hold boobs at ( B Cup ) for up to 6 hours.
They stick good. Saves alot of embarrassing moments ie boobs falling out of bra.Haven't tried jumping around yet but day to day walking child minding and house maintaining they work.

Difficult to remove
Seemed to work well but difficult to remove from breast form. Will try some kind of adhesive remover to see if that helps, just have to watch not to damage the forms.

Bra-less at last
Fabulous! Better than the smaller 8 cm disks because there is more surface area to give a firmer stick and hold the weight better. Work fine with forms weighing 700 gms each ( 1400gms/pair 3XL forms , in my case a 40D cup).At last i can go bra-less in sheer blouses, and even undo a button or two to show some cleavage.I have withheld one star because if you wear them for too long gravity pulls the forms downwards and there is a risk of tearing the surface of your skin leaving a blister-like lesion which takes a couple of weeks to heal. The heavier the breast the more likely this is to happen.update: This happened to me using the 8cm discs. The 11 cm seem to be much better.I am experimenting with different ways of attaching them and with heavier forms and will update this post.forward.

Boobylicious - almost!!!
A good-ish product with the typical Jo Thornton strong adhesive. I used them to keep silicone breast enhancers in place and they held very well inside my bra. Im not sure if sweat would unstick them, as i just wore them relaxing at home.However, they were slightly let down by issues with the peel off plastic tabs. Some of the discs were difficult to peel off, and split the adhesive layer. Which meant i had to peel off and throw away.

I thought these breast form attachments work well . Not having used adhesives before these work qreat on 5XL boobs . I cut mine in half to go round the nipple and they work for a decent period of time , they certainly stick to the breastform but can be carefully ( ! ) removed ( important ) . I have to lightly score the plastic covering ( skin side ) of the sticky pad to be able to start peeling it off so have deducted 1 star .Will re-order .Thanks Jo !
