Canadian Brie (2.2 pound)

Arrived promptly, very well packaged. Excellent cheese, I'll be purchasing this product again.

It is a good quality, creamy brie. However, the ripeness is not uniform at arrival. I enjoy riper soft chesses, but some might not like to buy two pounds of already "strong" cheese.

The Brie was packaged along with the other two cheeses that I ordered and they arrived a week sooner than estimated. The quality of the cheeses is excellent. The one disappointment is that the large wheel of Brie (2.2 pounds) was folded to fit in the box. While still perfectly edible, the cheese was broken into three pieces.

This is the best brie that I've ever ate. Very creamy and fresh. I sometimes avoid eating the rind, especially if it's older and rank., but this tasted delightful. I will be happy to purchase again.

Vendor accidental sent wrong product but willingly sent the cheese. I kept the beef bacon as per. Good vendor.

Good flavor and texture. Integrity of outer "crust" was better than expected. Will purchase again.

It was brown when it arrived. I tried baking it with herbs but it was still rank and inedible. I was very disappointed and would not serve it to guests. Yuck

The is one of the best Brie cheeses I have ever tasted. Very smooth and creamy.
