Great ebikes
Great ebike. I use it all the time for doing food deliveries. I've had it for 6 months so far and didn't come across any major issues with it. Also customer service is great. I get every answers for questions I ask for. Once I've lost a screw in my bike and I got sent a replacement one free of charge. They also send a videos of how to replace stuff yourself. Would recommend 100%

Hmm, 5 stars..yea.Will this be shown/published??Still 5 stars....yea!!!!Odd how 2 reviews not shown???Negative with reason....But irony want to praise conclusion and happiness with item and see previous comments not there.....Update.....After 3 days of work waiting for none delivery, thought money back time.Day 4 after many conversations with FedEx on day 3 onwards, got call on the way (day 4).Though expressed for a late delivery on day 4 as in work was delivered 1pm, delivery guy was brilliant too.Now bike wise.....Assembly easy, if not bike confident get it done properly.Bike is AMAZING, looks cool and rides better.Only thing to be aware of it's heavy, and big.No effect cycling because of power but carrying up stairs etc is very difficult (live on 3rd floor apartment), but still worth it.

Don't buy
If you have a problem with this bike don't expect any help from them. My bike failed up a hill miles from home and it came up fail error 05. No help at all an looks like I've gotta go to ombudsmen

Great bike! Fast delivery, easy to assemble, most of it is done for you. Customer service is amazing highly recommend

Battery not holding charge
Excellent delivery within 3 days. Bike is really heavy and would need large shed to keep. First week was only getting 10 miles on charge . The charger stopped working but they quickly sent me another. Thinking it was charger not charging battery fully this was not the case. Obviously some cells not charging correctly. Still only getting 10 miles on full charge,not what they advertise. Bike will do average 26 m.p.h on full electric, acceleration is nothing to shout about with throttle. In windy conditions drops down to 21 m.p.h but the bike is heavy and I weigh 14 stone. The company are offering me a battery at cost price but I simply at the moment cannot afford it. Bike seems well made but motor is a worry with them only offering 6 months warranty and with what has happened with my battery. Going up hills on full electric I found this a struggle and had to use pedals.I hope this review helps people.
