My young kids do not like to hold fish which is fine so I wanted to get something for them so that they can learn to handle the fish and remove the hooks. This small lip gripper works great!! I had looked into other larger ones but they're just too much to carry around fishing streams and small lakes. This is small, easily portable and works as it should. The kids can use it with ease and it seems very well constructed. The lanyard and clip are a bonus as my son can just clip it to his bag or himself and not lose it.

I've used this on an 18", a 20", a 22" and a 24" striped bass with no problem. It's a really a handy tool and makes handling your catch so effortless. I like this so much that I ended up ordering another one less than a week after getting the first one. Highly recommended for anyone who loves to fish.

Its small light weight and sturdy

This is the perfect way to handle walleye and not get slashed by their sharp gill plate. Fits in my pocket and is at the ready to hanle each fish that comes in. Way less bulky than the previous gripper I used. Might not be ideal for larger fish species, but has been outstanding for my purpose.

I was very impressed on the quality of this item, especially how fairly cheap it was. I would absolutely recommend this for any anglers! I bought another one because my girlfriend loved it so much that she took mine. 10 stars!

Used these in hawaii on toothy/razor fin saltwater fish. Works great! Must have!

Smaller then i expected ok for little fish but you would want to use these on something with teeth
