This is EXCELLENT. I was taking a magnesium supplement but find that using a spray oil works faster as it is absorbed immediately through the skin directly into muscles . I used to get agonising for and leg night cramp,but Inc spaying lower legs and feet just before bedtime I haven't had anh cramps. I highly recommend it.

This has helped me a lot. I used to get a lot of cramp, but this works well.

Easy to use and really relaxing for sore muscles.

If it's oil based why is it so watery

Something made me hesitate before trying this, and I always trust my gut instinct, I had a bottle of 'magnesium oil' a few years ago and found it painful to use – very stingy, didn’t absorb, just sat on the skin so I threw it away after a few attempts, but wanted to try it again, anyway, before I actually sprayed this on me, I stopped and read a load of reviews on here, different brands, same basic product and found a lot of people get bad reactions and rashes from using 'magnesium oil' (like me first time round), so I'm not risking it, I will get my magnesium from my diet the natural way...This product contains 'magnesium chloride brine' so it is not oil, although has a weird oily consistency. And…- Do not spray on your face without diluting as the skin on face is thin...- It's important to always check with a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, especially if you have any underlying conditions such as kidney disease or cardiac issues.- Do they warn you clearly that you may experience skin irritation with too much use of topical magnesium? NO. How much is too much? We are all different sizes/shapes with different levels of health, so they can’t give you a precise dosage, you just have to hope you don’t overdose and get that nasty rash!- Apparently magnesium-based oils sprayed on the skin have minimal absorptive capacity (unless in close proximity to a high density of hair follicles can increase absorption), cream-based formulations may offer increased ability for absorption.- If you can be bothered, it is very easy to make this stuff yourself, do a bit of research…They are making a lot of illegal health claims in their product description, then at the bottom they say in their tip: 'This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease' – the usual get out clause.Price at time of this review was £13 (or you could spend it on foods rich in magnesium: leafy greens, legumes, nuts and seeds, whole grains…)

Ho scoperto questo prodotto seguendo sui social la dott.ssa Barbara O'Neill e devo dire che, spruzzandolo perima di dormire sulle piante dei piedi, dormo molto meglio. Più profondo e senza crampi. Mi sento anche più energica e lucida. Credo davvero sia un ottimo prodotto che certamente riacquisterò. Arrivato il giorno stesso in condizioni perfette.

Tiendo a hacer mucho deporte, la mayoría de las veces correr, es lo que más me gusta pero los músculos luego me duelen mucho, porque si abusas de este deporte, estás echando todo tu peso sobre los tobillos y este producto es el que más me ha aliviado que yo haya probado. Lo recomiendo mucho.
