Ideal for home roasting
Slight delay in delivery but over Christmas period so no problem. I have been buying the best available coffee beans from supermarkets for a number of years and making coffee from the freshly grinding them in a burr grinder. I enjoy making the coffee as much as drinking it so for me the next step was roasting my own coffee beans. The machine is very simple to use and is very efficient. I followed some roasting recipes from that are available from a number of web sites and am still experimenting. So far I have made three batches, each of them giving different taste experiences. One roast was too dark and bitter but have blended them with other light roasted beans and the coffee is great. Highly recommended.
