Amazing bike for the price. It has features I would expect to find in a £1000 bike.It has been life changing for me, as I was struggling to manage a conventional bike. Excellent range of power options, you can whizz along at 15 mph effortlessly or just engage minimum assistance and ease the effort of longer rides.

Arrived on time, easy to complete assembly. Rides well.

I bought this for my son to go to work and back he’s 6’2 weighs 20 stone and he loves it. 6 miles away there and back charges it every other day and very hilly

The media could not be loaded.  The bike came with NO installation instructions attached, there are also no videos online explaining how to install the hitway bk35 on the internet. Now I'm trying to lock the battery but I'm confused because there's no manual instructions. Plus, the handlebars provided are very strange and much different from the ones photographed by the people in the review (brakes facing up).Please respond quickly, until now the bicycle cannot be used because there are no instructions for installing the bicycle and battery at all :) (only given a user manual which does not contain the INSTALLATION PROCESS)

Great looking bike. The electric assist features are amazing. It was well packed and protected. Assembly is not too difficult, but it will take about 30 minutes. The design of the wheel spokes and the bike is really cool.Some great features include brakes, headlights, speedometer.It's so easy to ride, the bike really does a lot of the work for you.

I'm taking this to Spain to use and wanted a bit if help with hills.Very pleased excellent value and does the job

The media could not be loaded.  Schon lange habe ich nach einem ähnlichen Gefährt gesucht. Es ist ganz toll für kurze Strecken, in meinem Fall um zu pendeln. In meiner Gegend fallen leider oft Busse aus und da bin ich dann doch oft aufgeschmissen, wenn ich am Bahnhof stehe… Das Rad ist schnell zusammen zu klappen. Alles ganz intuitiv. Ich liebe solche praktischen Dinge. Es nimmt kaum Platz weg - vielleicht so viel wie ein normaler Stuhl.Mir hat auch gefallen, dass wirklich an alles gedacht wurde. Fahrradschloss, Luftpumpe und Werkzeug sind dabei.Der Akku reicht völlig aus, ich lade ihn im Schnitt zweimal pro Woche (Fahrtweg 3-4km). Das Display lässt sich auch prima bedienen, alles soweit in Ordnung. Das Öicht ist schön stark.Ich bin jetzt ein gutes Stück unabhängiger und flexibler :)

Ho preso una bici elettrica per la prima volta perché inizialmente scettico. Da premettere che se acquistate questa bici dovete farlo per uso di città, io la utilizzo per spostarmi a lavoro e agli allenamenti la sera. Anche se sembra piccolina è di materiale resistente e le ruote tengono bene eventuali buche ed avvallamenti. La sella si può regolare in base all'altezza. L'unica cosa che avrei preferito si potesse regolare di più è il manubrio. A differenza della sella si può alzare di meno e magari io essendo un po alto ne risento. Comunque per uso città è perfetta

La estética es preciosa .La batería se gasta en seguida ..Pero te ayuda en las pequeñas subidas .La aceleración dura 5 o 6 segundos sin pedalear.Para mí suficiente .Muy ligera al pedaleo ...No te esfuerzas mucho.En llano muy bien en bajada fenomenal .Subida...Con ayuda ..Bien ..El plegado es un puntazo .Se puede meter hasta debajo de la cama ..Depende de la cama ....En general satisfecho .Pesa un poco....No es para llevarla apulso ..La suspensión genial ...Para la ciudad genial ..
