I've had this for a few days now. I have had 2 positive- for me anyway- experiences.TMI warning...1) I set a goal to drink 5 of these a day. One thing I did know coming into this is that hydrogen is a gas that breaks down/ looses it's efficacy as a gas quickly. For this reason I fill it. Activate it. Drink it all at once immediately.Takes me about 3 minutes max. I do this 5xs a day. AM/after work (tell you why@#2)/before dinner./After dinner/before bed.2) Um....idk why, but I do have a friend who probably tell me if have the nerve to ask him, I find it makes me #2. In a good way though! And normal if you know what I mean. To be transparent, I had to stop taking my semaglutide. It was reaking havoc on my tummy & I kept having dull pain on my lower left side. AND- major and...- the constipation was unbearable. Along w/ burps etc.Everyone else seems to have positive w/ GLP-1 for weight loss. I wish I was 1 of those. Unfortunately not. So this for me is a blessing.Idk the science w/ the way on the #2 but, it works for me.

I've been using this for a while now, and it's pretty neat. It infuses my water with hydrogen in just a few minutes, just like the other hydrogen water bottle generators I've tried. Honestly, they all seem to work pretty similarly. This one is easy to use and portable, which is a plus. If you're curious about hydrogen water, this is a good option, but there are other brands out there that do the same thing.

Has maybe 5 microscopic bubbles and the water doesn't taste any better. I deem it ineffective as I've seen a friends bottle and it bubbled a lot! Spend more and get a better bottle. I returned it.

This water bottle is some great technology. When I turn on It creates tiny bubbles and it’ll auto shutoff once it’s done hydrogenizing the water not in mention the beautiful light show that slowly fades through the rainbow while hydrogenizing the water. The water taste similar to regular water which is great but I feel like it’s so much cleaner and softer I’ve been drinking a glass a day ever since receiving mine and I’m telling you my I can feel a change in my mental state and just an all around cognitive improvement!! Very recommended

Rust on top of bottle tried cleaning does not come off. Bottle came like this not happy at all
