Defective
The media could not be loaded. The sign was very nice when I first plugged it in.Unfortunately the day I wanted to use it (2 days after) it no longer worked. I really believe it was defective. I gave it one star because it was pretty and very bright while it lasted.

I asked for it to be a custom color palette, and they happily delivered on it, it's frickin huge, and everyone who sees it loves it, worth every penny. They were very happy to oblige my custom color request as well, which I am very thankful for

Delivery
When I got it I really liked it but it came 2 weeks after the date I was told it was supposed to come, if it comes late just wait instead of refunding

It’s money well spent!
Absolutely love it. The quality and appearance and love the modes of brightness is amazing. I just wished it was bigger. Overall money well spent! I am going to be buying another one really soon!
