The 4 vertical strips of spring steel give a lot more support than a regular elastic and fabric support. Well worth the price, I actually look forward to wearing it when I’m tackling chores because I can do more and I don’t hurt as much afterwards!

Brace a bit large but when tightened enough serves it’s purpose

I wish I had purchased this product last year. I almost passed on this product because I was unable to find a definitive size chart with specific measurements for this product. A couple of the reviews were helpful, so I am adding my own. I am a female 70 yrs.+. My weight fluctuates, but at this time I measure 41" at the bellybutton, and 34 1/2 at my waist, which is higher than average (some refer to this as "short-waisted"). I am a dress size 12. I ordered a size "L" but I think a "M" would have fit, because if I were 10-15 lb. lighter, this size might be too loose to be effective. I hope this will help someone else who needs a clue.I needed something for age-related back pain. The moment I put it on, I was amazed at the feeling of support and relief. There was an additional bonus of boosting bust support, which keeps "everything" where it needs to be. I do not think it is a complicated device. I would buy it again if needed.

Liked that it worked . Soon as I put it on my back pain became less. Was able to sit upright in my wheelchair. Will be utilized daily.

I really hurt my back recently. I got the back brace to alleviate the pain and it worked GREAT!! I love the secondary adjustable straps. I was able to work my back without discomfort and now I don't have to use it for anything other than heavy lifting. It really helped correcting my posture as I lifted and twisted while working. I'd highly recommend it.

I have a bulging disc above my lumbar and this brace provides a great amount of relief. It stretches my back so that I can release some pressure and restore mobility. I'm a big fan of the metal supports in the back of the brace.The brace is highly adjustable, but make sure that it will fit your body. I believe we got the L, and it fits me perfectly. However, it is way too large for my fiancée.I give it 4/5 stars because it can dig into your skin. I'm not sure how that could be fixed from a design point of view, but the discomfort causes me to take it off after only an hour or two. However, I don't mind the discomfort because it provides me with great relief.I recommend it!

Schnell und gut anzuziehen und anzupassen. Ich habe mich direkt wohlgefühl nachdem Anlegen. Bekannte, die das Produkt an mir gesehen haben, wünschten sich auch so ein Stützgürtel. Einfach in der Bedienung, schränkt nach dem Anlegen die Bewegungsfreiheit etwas ein, d.h. man wird ein Wenig zur korrekten Körperhaltung. gezwungen. Alles in allem ganz ok.
