This is a good product, and excellent when you need garlic for a recipe and realise you have fun out of fresh. Also, it is handy sometimes to have a paste instead of fresh.

Nice garlic flavour, the smoking has made the flavour smoother and added a smokeyness to it.Not a big punchy flavour, but a good addition to the base flavours
