Exceptional Quality & Price Point
If your standards are high, you'll love this!Pillow is as described. Came nicely packaged & compressed. Remove packaging follow easy directions & allow them to inflate. No noticeable noxious odors. This is a heavy pillow, holding 4.4 lbs of machined consistent sized, medium density foam pieces. The outer zippered casing is a nice crisp, percale like, polished 100% Cotton. The inner casing, however isn't zippered, and is 100% polyester. This pillow features a ticked slightly concaved head & neck centered support which is very fitting & comfortable. Every individual sleeps differently, therefore I had to remove some of the filling (keeping xtra in zip loc) to make it more pliable and little softer, but in no way affected the springy but airy comfort. The noodle type foam filler doesn't poke, bunch or crunch up. Depending on your "personalization", there's little to no fluffing needed.I gave the pillows 5 stars, they'd deserve a 10 star if the manufacturer would add a convenience zipper to the inner casing.QUALITY & OUTSTANDING PRICE POINT!

Way too hard
I have a lovely soft latex pillow that is getting really old. I needed to replace it.Sadly this one was not at all for me. It really is way too firm. I thought there would be nice give since it is shredded. That's definitely not the case, it's very hard to form it into a comfy shape. I even took half the filling out to try to make it better...and it was still really bad. I went with an all-down pillow instead, and that is a million times better. If I need the extra support of latex, I use my old pillow. This one was a waste of money and is pretty much useless for me.

This pillow keeps my head cooler, less sweaty, which is the most important thing. It can't be as soft as fiberfill or down pillow for sure, but I find it quite comfortable. And being latex, it never goes flat. There was a slight latex smell in the first week of using, but it didn't bother me.

Adjustable firmness, full Queen size
I purchased two of these pillows, and I am so pleased! They are a true Queen size, and look fabulous when I make my bed. I also like that the stuffing can be removed to adjust it to one's preferred firmness.

The pillow is comfortable with quite good quality under this price
I like my latex foam pillow. It’s really comfortable without any smelling, giving me a good sleep by relaxing my neck after my busy work. Initially, I think the pillow is a little bit hard for me. However, the softness can be adjusted by taking out some stuffing from it. Overall, I think the quality is quite good under this price.

flattens out very quickly, have to fluff during the night, stitches between compartments have disappeared now just another pillow
