Which is OK as I got them for my little nieces and nephews and they like chasing them around the room as they floated
Cute and colorful but too light to hold a filled latex balloon down on the ground. Floats about table height. Which is OK as I got them for my little nieces and nephews and they like chasing them around the room as they floated.

Not functional
They are very cute. I actually spray painted them to match the party decor. BUT they actually are not heavy enough to hold down one 9-inch balloon. It took three of them to hold down ONE balloon. So just be aware that you will need a cluster of them to hold down a set of three or five balloons. I don't think that is at all functional. They should be a bit heavier.
